Recently I was on a meeting with friends and raise a dispute whether it was a delicious chocolate mousse with avocado.
I love avocado and I love chocolate, but separately. Usualy I use the avocado in a salads, dips and smashed with some powder sugar :) I stated that there is no way this kind of mousse to be tasty enough for me, but my friends, who know a lot more for raw and vegan foods, they were sure that this is a delicious dessert. I found myself more interested in what it will be this kind of combination.
However a few days after our meeting I went to the store and bought a few fruit avocado, some unsweetened cocoa, raw almonds and dried dates for my mousse.
Not more than an hour later my mousse was ready to taste :)
And honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! It was amazing! When I take a bite, it was soft, chewy, and oozing with chocolate. Full with nutty flavor!
And the best part? It's completely raw and healthy mousse. And you know what? This recipe is the one of the easiest I've made so far.
And if you add fresh fruits, no doubt, you'll impress your guests.
If I have your interest already, then see the ingredients for Raw chocolate mousse with avocado:
Preparation:
Blend all products to homogeneity.
When serving, decorate with coconut.
To be kept in the refrigerator.
Bon appetite and until the next time!
