An incident in the kitchen and avocado cupcakes

Coincidentally about two weeks ago after another challenge from the fate, i started thinking on one particular sentence - ''The man felt in love with the conversation''. And since then my thoughts revolve around it. Many logical and not so far logical thesis got into my mind.

     Do you ever think of the people in your life and why they are in it?
Why you are surrounded by them and why they chose you as a friend?
Because they are good-looking, polite, cordial, charismatic, open-minded, unpredictable, cheerful, loving, mysterious, fighting ...?
Yes, probably all of those epithets. But think a little bit? Are you sure that that's all?

I think that they persist in your universe because you speak the same language, on a different level.
And i'm not thinking of the current desires of change or something, but for the plans for life.
We are talking for the conversation, for the communication and intuitive we chose them because of the way we speak to each other. You can probably remember of someone who recognize your current emotions only by the look on your face?
       Speaking of the most loved ones, they are the ones, because of the way you communicate, this is the main thing that differs them from the rest. Personal, intimate, subjective. Here in Bulgaria we have a saying: We meet by the clothes and send by the mind. /If it sounds logical :)/
So what a man fell in love with?
It is not definitely the beautiful clothes, nice hair, or some stuff that you own. These things can catch your eyes for a moment, but they cannot steal your mind, not constantly.

Why did you choose your boyfriend, girlfriend, fiance? Is it because all times lose time weight. A Movie Night can last 8-9 hours ...
Is this what first dates are for? To get to know each other. However this is the Most - pleasant, most - exhilarating, fascinating, enchanting, magical, memorable.
Now can you imagine the conversations with your loved one at the beginning of your relationship?

But I digress so far from the photo that i showed you at the beginning of the publication :)
And there comes the moment to present you these green cupcakes melting in the mouth.  The original recipe is prepared in big baking tin and I made them in a cupcake tin with glaze of a dark chocolate, not the sugar one. I though that the delicate taste of the chocolate will combine perfectly with the taste of the cakes.

However they came out terrific!

Unfortunately because of an accident in the kitchen that moment, due to improper leveling, all the cakes were scattered on the floor. If you could just imagine the look on mt face in that very moment! You'll laugh your shoes off!
There was chocolate, cupcakes, coconut and pistachios on the floor.

Yes, I would make a picture of myself then :) At least I managed to taste one of them before the incident and I can tell that they had velvety taste.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 lb soft butter;
  • 0.45 lb brown sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • fresh juice and lime zest;
  • 1 big avocado /mine was with the size of a melon/
  • 50 ml. fresh milk;
  • 0.1 lb finely ground pistachios - I didn't have and used almonds;
  • 0.65 lb flour;
  • vanilla extract;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;

For the glaze:

  • 0.5 lb powdered sugar;
  • 5 tbsp lime fresh juice;
  • 0.1 lb dark chocolate;
  • 3-4 tbsp olive;
  • raw and finely ground pistachios;
  • zest of a lime;
  • coconut for decoration;

Preparation:
Mix the butter with the sugar and add one by one the eggs.
Puree in blender the avocado, lime juice and the milk. Add this mixture to the one with eggs. Add the vanilla extract.
Mix the flour with the ground almonds, baking powder and the zest lime and add it to the eggs. Once we have homogeneous mixture, you can add some green confectionery paint.
Pour the melange into the silicone muffin form and bake them in preheated oven to 170C degrees.
You can check with wooden toothpick when they are ready. I can advise you to cover them with aluminium folio after the 20th minute.
Once they are ready and cooled to room temperature, take them out of the form and prepare the glaze.
Do this with mixing all the ingredients/ the dark chocolate and the olive/ and melting them in a water bath.
Flood the cupcakes with the glaze and spread coconut and ground pistachios.

Bon appetit and until the next time!
