I looked at the fridge and honestly, there was almost nothing ... there were a few wholemeal slices, few eggs, a piece of cheese, fresh onion and a cucumber ... so let me introduce you my simple dinner /healthy, of course, with a glass of white wine/
In this hot weather the only thing that i want to prepare and eat is something with less olive oil and fat.
And can you think of a piece of the puzzle that is absolutely necessary for the fully prepared dinner, the piece which will ensure that you'll enjoy more cooking, the piece that'll ensure the good sleep after that? No? Are you sure? :)
A glass of good and well cooled white wine with a slice of lemon :)

I don't feel the need to talk for cucumbers, because even most of the children know that there is more than 85% water in it. Extremely good combination with our bulgarian traditional yogurt, some dill, garlic and some water ....aka ''Tarator''. It's an easy and yummy summer soup. I added finally chopped onion, white cheese and olive oil.
The leftover bread grilled a bit, adding homemade butter while melted and sprinkle with dry basil.
Do you remember the wholemeal bread with dried tomatoes and chia ceeds? It was nice!
What we can say for the egg?
These little natural ''pearls'' are full of nutrients, needed for constructing a new organism. And the interesting part? The white protein is used to protect the yolk, which, on the other side, has half of the weigh of the egg.
The protein consists of ~85% water and ~10% albuminoids.
The yolk has 50% water and 1/3 albuminoids and the same amount fats. Most used for food are chicken, duck and goose eggs.
However, I boiled two which reminds me of one thought. Do you know how to understand if the egg is raw or boiled, without breaking it? :)
If you do not, this information will be useful for you.
So, to find out if an agg is boiled, you need to rotate it onto the kitchen countertop, and if you twist it, the egg should rotate.
