You know these moments when you go to your grandma just for a talk.
Because you know that she will listen carefully what you're saying, never will judge, she will make your favorite dish and dessert, the same way she did since you're teenager. There, with your grandma you can feel only calm, there are no problems. And most of all you remember these peaceful moments when your patience is like an ice statue in the desert.
Today I'm talking for one particular dessert from my childhood. It's an easy and delicious cake with walnuts and a chocolate perfume.
This is the exact dessert that my granny made me a few days ago on my visit.
Take a bite and you'll love it for sure!
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Beat the butter and the sugar and add the eggs one by one. After that add and the rest of the products. Beat until homogeneous mixture.
I love walnuts so I added half of them into the mixture and the rest onto the cake.
Preheat the oven on 180ºC /360ºF and grease the pan.
Pour the mixture into the pan, cover with the second half of the walnuts and bake until the edges become dark brown. It takes about 35-40min to me.
Leave it to cool onto metal grill and cut into pieces.
Bon appetit and until next time :)
