How do you prefer your coffee? Black or with cake?
How do you prefer your tea? With cake or rum? :)
In both ways you wont go wrong. This loaf is extremely easy to make and can be prepared for any occasions.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Let's start with preheat the oven on 180C degrees. Cover the cake shape with baking paper. After that mix the brown sugar with melted butter and pour it into the cake shape. Put the shape into the preheated oven until the sugar is caramelize.
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and the sugar into a bowl.
Cut the plums into quarters and arrange them onto the caramelized sugar.
Into another bowl mix the melted butter, the egg, the milk and the vanilla. With continuously stirring pour the flour mixture. It will be better to use metal stirrer.
Pour this mixture onto of the arranged plums and put it into the preheated oven on 180C degrees and bake until ''dry stick''.
Once ready, leave it to cool on a metal grid.
Flip upwards the cake and sprinkle with powder sugar.
Bon appetite and until next time! :)
