As I already said, I don't know if it's because of my birthday that is coming or there is another reason, but last days i experience a syndrome of the ''No time for nothing''.
My TO DO list is increasing /mostly with desserts, but however/ and I fulfill the recipes only in my mind :)
It's kinda strange because from a different point of view, the days are becoming more long.
A few days ago it turned out that we had not any bread for dinner. Digging for interesting recipes in my favorite blogs, I found an easy recipe for salted loaf. And this one fitted perfectly to our dinner an hour later.
This loaf can be spiced in any way you want and prefer. I didn't have white flour and made it with wholemeal flour. The author of the recipe advised that it can be cooked and in a form of muffins. But you can improvise, how come otherwise you'll have fun in the kitchen :)
And here is the recipe:
Preparation:
I didn't use a mixer, despite it would be easy. However I used a fork and whisk.
Beat the eggs, pour the baking soda into the yogurt and leave it.
Cut the chives.
Add the yogurt and the olive oil to the eggs, after that the flour, the spices and the chives.
Mix until homogeneous and pour into the baking pan, buttered and dusted with flour.
Spread the cheese onto the loaf and bake in preheated oven /without a fan/ to 180ºC for about 40-50 min. You can use a stick to try if it's ready.
And voila! That's it.
Easy, fast and cheep :)
Bon appetite and until the next time :)
