I will not procrastinate lot and i'll ask you to remember the most delicious cookies that you've ever eaten. This perfectly crisp, light smell of coconut, wholemeal and healthy cookie that you buy as a reward for good work :) Do you remember now? :)
Well. ... let me tell you! And I'm gonna be absolutely honest with you!
Those are much more yummy!
So I'm not gonna tell you some interesting story this time and I'll pass straight to the recipe for those glorious cookies, full of healthy seeds.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat the soft butter with the sugar and add the egg after that, the vanilla and spoon by spoon and the dry ingredients.
The dough should be hard so you can use your hands while kneading.
I used ice-cream spoon so the cookies can be the same size. Shape the ball, which put on a baking sheet and press down gently with your hand to make it flat.
Bake for 10 min into preheated oven to 200ºC. When they are ready, the color will be nice gold.
Leave them to cool on a metal grid and enjoy your afternoon tea with their company :)
