Raw Chocolate Souffle

The perfect raw dessert! You cannot make the difference between the normal chocolate and the filling!
It's easy and fast to make!

Take a look!


  • 1 cup dates;
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots;
  • 1 cup soaked raw nuts;
  • 1/3 cup coconut;
  • 1/3 chocolate butter;

For the filling:

  • 3 pieces avocado;
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa;
  • 1 tbsp chocolate liqueur;
  • 1 cup soaked raw cashew;
  • 1 cup dates;

I got 5 pieces of souffle with those ingredients. If you want more, then double the products or so.
I decorated with unsweetened cocoa and coconut, and nuts.

For the base:
After soaking the nuts for about 30-40 min, the butter should be soft, add them into a blender with the coconut, the dates and the apricots and grind them to coarse crumbs.

You should have a mixture like a wet sand that you can make a form of without falling apart.
Prepare a few forms for souffle, smear them with butter and sprinkle some cocoa. Add a piece of the mixture for the base and form little cups by pressing with hands.
Leave them into the fridge until you prepare and the filling.

To prepare the filling, cut the avocado into pieces and add them into the blender with the rest of the ingredients. If it's not sweet enough for you, add some honey or a few more dates.

Take the forms from the fridge and fill them with the filling.
If you cannot take them off the cups, use a thin knife, which before use was soaked into hot water.

Turn them on into a plate and spread some cocoa or coconut onto them.
