Incredibly delicious, appetizing aromatic, perfectly fluffy and sweet and not to mention, but also easy to make!
Yes! Those pancakes exist and I have cooked them. They weren't for breakfast, more of a early dinner, but they fitted perfectly into our diet :)
I wanted to cook american pancakes for a long time, but last months i'm like cake here, cake there and so I couldn't make it. However their time came and because of an auspicious occasion, I decided to give them the name of the Happy American Pancakes.
Probably because of that they came out so delicious.
When you're cooking and you're positive, you're like a charger to those around you.
I think that I've missed to tell you that I've played with the camera and the pancakes for about two hours... (but I already had eaten a few)
Those are the risks to cook deadly gooood!
I don't think that this dessert can be in the books with fiber-diet-mega healthy things to cook, but I don't really care :)
Take your pencil and start writing the recipe!
Here's what you'll need:
Preparation:
Get a bowl and mix all dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl pour the milk, lemon juice and zest.
Beat the egg and pour it into the bowl with the milk, once you have homogeneous mixture, add the olive oil.
Peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces.
Pour the milk melange into the dry one and after that add the peaches.
You can definitely use a metal stirrer.
Preheat the cooker and into a non-stick pan add little of the butter while it melts.
The idea is the pancake to be baked, not to be fried.
Scoop a full ladle and pour into the pan. Once you have a balloons on the one side of the pancake, turn it, without adding butter.
You can decorate with fruits, honey and nuts, or whatever you have in your kitchen :)
Bon apetite and until the next time :)

So, are you a pancakeR like me? :)
To be honest, I haven't heard of someone who does not love pancakes. And its totally different thing how you prefer them. Sweet, salted, with honey, nuts, fruits, chocolate, cheese, like a sandwich or whatever your imagination can born. I'm sure that I missed some type.I wanted to cook american pancakes for a long time, but last months i'm like cake here, cake there and so I couldn't make it.
