You can serve these biscuits with cheese or a bacon, either way it will be tasty as hell :)
Or with some grape and cheese ... dry fruits and fine chilled wine ...
If you're about to have guests, this is a good way to impress them with your culinary skills :)
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients into a chopper. After that add the butter and stir.
At the end add the hot water and stir until you have a nice dough.
This is the moment when you can turn the oven to 190 C.
Pour the dough to a countertop with flour so you can roll it.
Roll a 1/2 cm thickness list and using a form, cut the biscuits.
Put them on a baking paper and bake them for 20 - 30 min until a nice and sun-brown tan.
Take them out and leave them onto a metal rack to cool.
Bon apetit!
