Hallelujah to the Simple Recipes!

If you're wondering what to prepare for dinner, but you're sick of pizza or ordering meal, let me give you an example of how things can be done in less then 30 min only with a few simple ingredients.

I was told that today is the World Vegetarian Day, but to ne honest, this dish is far from that ... however if you want something vegetarian, you can take a look in here.

First of all, I would like to tell you ...
forget about your diet if you're about to prepare this dinner :)

Second of all,
If you're already dressed up and ready to go to the nearest store, check if you have some leftover wine in the fridge.

Not because I would come over for dinner, but because this pasta is the perfect ''buddy'' for either red or white wine :)

Are you ready now?
Have you called your friends to come over for dinner?

If the answer to the two questions above is YES, then look below:

What you'll need for Pasta with Salmon and cream, course for two:

  • 1.2 lb pasta (whatever you prefer, spaghetti, fettuccine ...)
  • 0.25 lb smoked salmon;
  • 0.25 lb cooking cream;
  • 0.25 lb cream cheese;
  • 1/2 cup milk;
  • bunch of dill;
  • pinch of salt;
  • parmezan;

Preparation:
Prepare the pasta as described in the package. My advice is to pour a few drops of olive oil and a pinch of salt in the water.
Pour out the water when the pasta is ready.
Right after that add the cream cheese and the cooking cream, the dill, finely chopped, few pinches of salt and mix everything.
Cut the smoked salmon to little pieces and add it to the pasta. This way the salmon will aromatize the dish and will take the taste of the fish.
Return the pasta to the hot plate and inchmeal add the milk, stirring continuously.
The pasta will absorb the milk and will remain dry inside.

Serve and spread some grated parmesan on top.
Bon appetit and until the next time! :)
