The American tradition continues with the Bulgarian Chocolate brownies!

As I said already,
I will continue in the spirit of my last few desserts and can honestly say that i'm a chocoholic :)
I must tell you that there is a chance to fall in a chocolate delirium with this one so don't eat it all at once :)

However, I'm on a american wave and that's why I choose this dessert.
Even one of my American teachers said that my brownies is better then the one that are selling in the States, and I can't honestly believe that, but it's a fact that the whole tray with brownies was eaten in a seconds :)

My colleagues just loved it, so I'm going to make them one for tomorrow Monday morning :)

What you'll need to prepare this delicious American dessert:

  • 0.5 lb dark chocolate;
  • 2 vanilla;
  • 0.5 ml rum;
  • 0.25 lb sifted flour;
  • 1/2 tsp salt;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 0.5 lb brown sugar;
  • 0.35 lb soft butter;
  • 0.30 lb walnuts;

Preparation:
Melt the chocolate and the butter On a water bath and leave them to cool.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until you have fine cream.
Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix with spatula!*
* It's important to be with spatula because the mass of the egg mixture.

Add the flour, vanilla and the rum and stir with the spatula once again until you have a homogeneous cream.
At the end, add the walnuts and stir again.
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F, I suggest to be without a fan.
Spread a baking paper into the tray you'll use and pour the mixture in it.
Bake for about 25 min, but not more than 30 min, because it will lose the almost-baked-core of the brownies.

Once it's ready, leave it to cool on a metal rack, and cut to rhombus pieces.
Bon apetit and have a nice day!
